The opening of Luna Grove Sanctuary is a life-long desire in an effort to return my gratitude and honor all of the animals that saved me from myself. I want to rescue the unwanted, abandoned & sick. I want to nurture them back to health so they can live life to the fullest in every way they deserve to- all this and more in a happy, safe and loving environment.

Many plans are in the making for the sanctuary. Our first step is to get land and then our 501(c)(3)non-profit status which are the biggest funding needs at the moment. Eventually, events will be implemented to help fund the sanctuary such as crafting classes for kids & adults, a mostly off-grid retreat center for spiritual healing, as well as several "pick-your-own" fields including strawberries, lavender, herbs and wildflowers which will be donation based. Plans to grow & offer mushrooms, mushroom logs, fresh & dry herbs, seeds, plant medicine, tinctures, candles, sage sticks, teas and more to help fund the sanctuary are also in the notes. We plan to utilize the land to its fullest - all while being chemical-free and sustainable.

At Luna Grove Animal Sanctuary, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue. Sanctuaries are by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.

In this venture, gratitude, natural healing for the animals (crystal healing, sound therapy and chakra/energy healing) in combination with Western Veterinary care, natural medicine from the land, art, meditation and spiritual wellness are all vital to the success of this sanctuary.

We will accept various types of animals in the beginning with plans to branch out as the sanctuary becomes more established:

-Fowl, including but not limited to: Chickens, Ducks, Geese, Peacocks, Guineafowl, Pheasants, Turkey and Quail.

- Reptiles: Bearded Dragons, Geckos, Skinks, Snakes, Chameleons, Turtles

-Future Animals: Yak, Alpaca, Sheep, Rabbits, Doves, Pigeons, Emu, Frogs and MANY MORE!

Wildlife rehabilitation is also a possibility in the future.

Currently, some funds have been set aside for the fruition of this animal sanctuary. I am currently scoping the market for a plot of land with a few buildings to cut down on the cost of having to build our own. We are so close!

Donation needs will always change. From getting the sanctuary started (permits & fees, land cost, insurance, etc), to feeding the animals, buying materials to build their shelters, veterinary care, rescue/transport costs, bedding and land upkeep. A website is in the making as well as a shop to help fund the sanctuary.
